1. Agreement

By accessing or using MediClinIQ, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use MediClinIQ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. Service Description

MediClinIQ is a Clinical Decision Support (CDS) tool that assists clinicians by organizing information and generating draft protocols. It is not a diagnostic or treatment system and is not Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).

3. Authorized Users

Use is limited to authorized personnel of the deploying organization. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Outputs are non-prescriptive drafts. A licensed clinician must review, edit, and approve any draft before use. You remain solely responsible for clinical decisions and compliance with applicable laws and institutional policies.

6. Privacy

Your use of MediClinIQ is governed by the Privacy Notice, which explains how information is handled.

7. Intellectual Property

MediClinIQ and its components are protected by intellectual property rights. You obtain no rights except those necessary to use the service as permitted by these Terms.

8. Feedback

Suggestions or feedback you provide may be used to improve MediClinIQ without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms to reflect product evolution or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

Governing law and venue are determined by your organization’s agreement with the service provider or, if none, the laws applicable in the provider’s principal place of business.
